We are honored to cooperate with customer S to jointly develop Furui series of furry animal image products. We are honored to cooperate with customer C. In this cooperation, we jointly explored the production of new categories of PU bags. The difficulties in cooperation mainly focus on the production experience and production process of new categories of PU bags. This is our first foray into this field, and we are facing challenges in material selection, process technology, and quality control.

In this cooperation case, I am pleased to introduce my cooperation experience with independent artist client A. She is an artist who is passionate about animation and games. She is good at making animation, game, plush toys and peripheral products, and often participates in various animation projects. Exhibition showcases her work.

Client A is very passionate about the beloved game “Genshin Impact”, and she has used paintings to express the images of many game characters, including the beloved character Dadalia in the game.

We were fortunate to work with client A to jointly create the plush toy image of Dadalia in “Genshin Impact”. During the cooperation process, Client A’s love and meticulousness for the character of Dadalia allowed us to more accurately capture the characteristics and personality of the character, adding inspiration and vitality to the creative process. Through close communication and cooperation, we successfully transformed customer A’s design into reality and produced the popular Dadalia plush toy work.

But the process is not always smooth sailing. We will encounter material selection and quality control issues during the production process.

Customer A has very high quality requirements for original works. She gave full play to her design talents and planned to transform this unique digital pet image design into a unique IP. We plan to present this image in the form of a keychain, which is easy to carry and allows users to feel the charm of this unique design anytime and anywhere.

During the cooperation process, M expressed her confusion about how to use different fabrics to express the characteristics of the doll, especially as it was her first plush product. I gave full play to my professional abilities and helped her find various fabrics in the market, and actively communicated with the production department to improve the doll’s image. Finally, as M’s first plush product, it immediately attracted widespread attention when it was announced.

Based on this image, she also designed a variety of products, including emoticons and stickers with various expressions, enriching the diversity of the product line. In cooperation with customer K, we jointly created a unique doll based on a popular game character.

K is a talented illustrator and cartoonist who also runs his own retail store. Full of love for games and creation, she has created many eye-catching works and peripheral products inspired by game fan designs. Because of her love for the game Fire Emblem: Romance, she and I started a collaborative project on a plush doll of the character Edelgard.

One of the difficulties faced in the collaboration was how to accurately capture the details and personality of the game characters and ensure that the doll designs closely matched the prototype characters. Because in actual production, many details cannot be completely restored, and details need to be selected and simplified. During this process, we conducted repeated discussions and adjustments, and conducted in-depth research on the image and characteristics of the game character to ensure that the doll could perfectly represent the charm of this character.

Through in-depth communication and careful planning, we successfully combined K’s unique creativity with my toy-making experience to create a cute and exquisitely detailed Edelgard plush doll. From design to production, we worked together to ensure that every detail could properly reflect the charm and characteristics of the character.
